I love this place - they have clean dog areas - great staff - wonderful groomers. My dogs love to go I have left them at least 6 times in 2008 and 1 2009 and they go for grooming every 6 weeks.

I have 2 labs Scout / Tripper and they just can't get enough exercise. The guys at Bark Ave. take them out to the big yard and they have a great time - the guys even took a video of them running in the yard. I have never had anything bad happen.

After reading a review I just MUST say something about this fantastic pet resort - not only are the grass areas as big as some dog parks that I have been to - my dogs love the pool when it is hot. I have been going to Bark Ave. for years and would NEVER consider going anywhere else. The people are great they all love my dogs and my dogs love them. I have small dogs and they are not always comfortable around new people but they all love going to Bark Ave. Another plus is the store WOW you can get anything in there and they have great sales on dog clothing (if you like that) and beautiful collars.

Michelle or any interested person: I am the manager at Bark Avenue Pet Resort and I would like to dispute your allegations. We have large grass play yards, a large swimming pool for the dogs and they are never put in cages over grass. I would like for you or anyone else to visit our web site and see our facility by way of a virtual tour. If that is not proof enough than I invite you or anyone else to come in and speak to our staff in ENGLISH then take a tour. We do tours 7 days a week between 11 am-3:00 pm., and you can see for yourself the bright and open space we house your pets large rooms sky lights, heat and air conditioning when needed and the dogs are never in the dark as our hours of operation are 7:00a.m to 6:00 p.m

The kennel techs are illegal immigrants, paid under the table who do not speak english. The dogs are not provided with anything to sleep on except for the cold hard ground, which very often is wet. Many dogs have left with sores and illnesses due to the conditions. Treated like cattle and not played with, just put in a cage over grass. Don't put your dog at risk.
