Direct TV has made 10+ trips out an I am still having problems. Every time you call must jump thru many hoops to get a real person, I have a monthly fee for service, what service? Tech that come out most seem to know less then I do, two of them told me they could do nothing and left. GET TV SOME OTHER WAY!

All kinds of hidden fees and lies. You will sign a 24 month commitment contract without realizing it. You will be taken for ever penny you have. Every time they come out, Direct TV charges you and then the techs charge you a seperate fee. It ends up costing you way more than what you were quoted. Run far away folks and buyer beware!!!!!

I had same problem as below they have took money out of my account without permission and it has been a headache trying to get it back...direct tv have got to be taught a lesson

Calling this number was nothing but a disaster for me. I placed an order, and didnt get a call back after 5 days waiting for an installation date. There is also a forever wait when you call. I called to cancel and had to go through all kinds of numbers, and the people they transferred me to did not even have my account information. If I were you, I would try dish network. I ordered their service, and already have it installed before I could even cancel my directv. Directv should be sued.

Consumer Beware! Directv sent me a flyer to come back to them, and i did so. Bad idea! They have been fighting (literally) with me and will not honor the price i was quoted on my "please come back flyer"! Be aware of what you get in the mail! They need to honor the price and be a stand up company.
