Best deal I've found in the area, and they come out to install really fast. It rained the other night, and the picture scrambled for a second or two but it was much better than I expected.

when we got our service we paid for local stations and as it turned out we were paying for services that we did not receive. we called directv and they said that there was something wrong with our dish. the only appt. that they had was nov. 1st. yesterday we got a call and said that the tech called in sick and that we had to make another appt. needless to say we wasted our time and money we took off work which was expensive. they told us that they would be at our house this am. we did not go to church because of their promise it is noon now and we have yet to see them. we called directv and they told us that someone would be calling us. i want to know why they are not here fullfilling their promise. we are not happy customers now. we work with the public and we do not treat our customers this way. we keep our word but directv has shown us that their word is not in their vocabulary. we are thinking about changing providers now maybe another company will treat us with respect that we deserve. you want our money but we do not get the service that we pay for
