All Items Sold To Highest Bidder - Tie Bids Discretion Of Auctioneer.

All Purchases Must Be Paid In Full At End Of Each Auction Regardless When Items Are Picked Up.

Our Commission Is 25% for Items in The Home Furnishings Auction And 35% On Items In The Box Lot Auction. We Are An Absolute Auction Which Means No Reserves Or Minimums. Consignments Are Accepted Each Week Beginning Tuesday Morning. Space Is Limited, So It Is Always Good To Call In Advance To Ensure We Will Be Able To Accommodate Your Needs.
