The Village Woodsmith restores and repairs damaged furniture. We are a licensed, bonded, and insured furniture repair and restoration business. We have many years experience working on furniture, usually pieces passed down through families. We are also a graduate of the only school of its kind in the United States for furniture restoration and repair.

Why Us?

Many shops do not offer touch up service. Good touch up work requires a great deal of experience and skill, every bit as much as what is necessary to refinish something completely. There are many businesses that offer touch up service, but do not do refinishing. Since we are skilled at both Refinishing and Touch up, you can be assured that we will provide an objective assessment regarding which approach is best for your items.
